Granite Care is a registered NDIS provider based in Glen Waverley, Victoria. We are dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centred disability support services that empower participants to live full, connected, and meaningful lives.

Our experienced team of support workers, nurses, and coordinators work alongside participants with Down syndrome, autism, intellectual disability, and complex needs — providing the right support at the right time.
